Stanley Avenue Preservation

the challenge

Our client approached us to build an entire website that would showcase two independent properties into one website for their real estate preservation initiative. We were tasked to build a user experience that would direct and inform users in times where most meetings are virtual in a very sophisticated manner.

"We needed a site that could cohesively translate all of our residents rights and information about the property's renovation and also maintain the best standards for ADA compliance. They delivered exactly that!"

Modern Design

It was important to ensure all of the elements on the website are accessible for any device. For this particular client, it is likely that people will view their website on multiple different devices and having features such as property photos, updates, events and contact forms viewable for any device, was incredibly important.

AAA WGA 2.0 ADA Compliant

We discovered the complications that caused the company's old website to run into ADA compliance issues and thoroughly addressed them by making the necessary changes to make the newly redesigned website compliant. Their website, having many hyperlinks to external websites required elements such as warnings that asked for user permission to redirect them to an external site.

User Experience (UX)

To allow users to navigate easily from one section to the next, we created a navigation menu that was easy to follow and clear and concise for a wide-range demographic. Every page was built in a way that was organized well enough to get users engaged and informed on upcoming, current and past project renovation, updates and important documentation.
